Maple Spice Roasted Pecans are the embodiment of fall's cozy, comforting charm. Whether you're whipping them up for a seasonal gathering, to gift to a friend, or simply to enjoy as a snack or a topping to your favourite salad or roasted veggies, their sweet and spicy allure is simply irresistible.
Preheat oven to 325°F convection (163°C fan). No convection, no worries, just roast a little longer!
In a large mixing bowl, add the pecan halves. In a separate small bowl, whisk to combine the pure maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and flaky sea salt. Pour this maple spice potion over the pecans and stir them well to make sure every pecan is coated.
Roast the Spiced Pecans
Spread your maple spice-coated pecans onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 7-10 minutes. Stir to flip and roast for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden and slightly crispy looking.
Enjoy & Store Pecans
Allow the pecans to cool fully on the baking pan before storing them in an airtight container. They will stay super fresh for at least 2 weeks!
